Types letters, reports, legal advice, and other material from copy, draft, and machine recordings.Type from handwritten and corrected copy, records, lists, tabular and statistical matter, etc., wher
e data may require selection and organizing.Proofreads typed material for grammatical and spelling efforts. Sorts, alphabetizes, and files electro

ments in mail merges.Typing assignments vary depending on nature of work and whom assigned, legal docu
ments, legal advice, relevant lists, and operatio
nal material, internal and external reports.Preparing co
nflict searches, file openings, file closings, invoicing, cost agreements. Limited co
ntact with clients to obtain client details and issue cost agreements and invoices.Dictations Use of Word,Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint is a bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Virtual Experience/Admin Assistance experience is a plus. Trans
cription experience is a plus.
