Perform administrative and technical functions regarding company requirementsWork with project in planning and in preparing for OPEX and CAPEX.Work with project Admin and Operation to improve and maintain the facilities.Conduct site inspection, building grounds and equipment and provide technical recommendations.Handles technical request and needs of projectTroubleshoot, evaluate and propose equipment/service upgradesReview technical operation and procedure and implement adjustments to project requirement.Generate reports as required by the clientEnsure health and safety are complied.Implements planned operations and projectsImplements periodic maintenance contractsOversees the housekeeping and technical maintenance throughout the sites of projects.Implement the house rules with regular communication with the projectQUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) (Mechanical)At least 5-8 Year(s) of working experience in the related is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Facilities Maintenance, ISO ManagementIdeally Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
