SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITY

The position is primarily responsible for the delivery of continuing profitable growth out of the company's vehicle repair and maintenance operations.

Provide strong and inspiring leadership to motivate work force to achieve defined goals.Sets yearly goal on sales and cost and works for the achievement of such.Delivers agreed yearly sales and profit.Ensures compliance to key standards like completion of jobs according to defined quality, cost, and time to meet or exceed customers' expectations.Works for the continuing improvement of the shop's image and reputation to become a top of mind choice for vehicle repairs and maintenance.Continuously negotiates with suppliers for acceptable quality and competitive pricing.
