Responsibilities:
- Performs repair and maintenance of machines
- Provides on-site and on-call service support to customers
- Conducts technical and operational Trainings to customers
- Submits Service and Inventory Report
- Comply to customer’s SLA and Team’s KPI.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical /Electronic Engineering /Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years working experience in the related field. Production/ Electro Mechanical machinery, familiarity with robotics, electrical/electronics, and mechanical systems.
- Technical and Analytical skills are required. Preferably, can handle both software and hardware systems.
- Strong Communication and time management skill.
- Initiative, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Written and verbal proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Basic Computer Knowledge and can work using Microsoft Office, .
- Willing to travel within the Philippines and stay for a period of time.
- Willing to work on a shifting Schedule and during Holidays
- Candidates from Metro Manila are preferred.
