To ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the premises and to manage the housekeeping and other department efficiently to maintain standards and control cost. Leading the team, especially in the absence of the Team Leader.

Key Result Areas
• Supervising the daily cleaning of assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas and public areas to the highest standards. This includes changing and replacing towels, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, vacuuming, mopping and dusting daily
• Managing a stock control and ordering system to ensure availability of stock and cost control to maintain costs to a minimum.
• Immediately reporting and documenting to management any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures.
• Responsible for the daily time records and schedules of his/her people
• Daily/Weekly reporting to immediate superior.

At least college graduate and must have trainings or seminars related to Housekeeping roles. NCII Certificates are required.Minimum 1 year supervisory role levelKnowledge in timekeeping and Daily Time Record mo
