OSM will be establishing a new Planned Maintenance Support (PMS) Team in OSM Office in Manila to support OSM technical offices in Europe.
The PMS Support Team for OSM Europe shall report to PMS department in Norway and support PMS system for vessels in management from OSM Europe. Presently, OSM Europe manages about 120 vessels of various deep-sea categories and offshore type vessels. OSM Europe has an ambition to grow in 2022 and the years to come. OSM uses TM Master software.
The PMS Team we are looking for is flexible and enthusiastic, with suitable marine and IT competence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• TM Master support to vessels
• TM Master internal projects
• Building new TM Master databases
• For candidates with engine officer & electrician background: Be our PMS system specialist for engine, electrical / instrument systems
• For candidates with deck officer background: Be our PMS specialist in deck equipment, deck operation and preferably in shuttle tank operation and / or offshore vessel operation
• Manage takeover of PMS database in other PMS system and manage conversion to TM Master
• Implement and manage database on IT system onboard
• Handover PMS system data for vessels going to new manager
• Participate in update of TM Master versions and start use of new modules
• Carry out training of personnel in use of TM Master
• Attend at yard or sail with vessel for spare part management onboard
• Other duties and responsibilities suitable for your background and future potential
Qualifications
• Engineer Officer, Deck Officer or Electrician education / certificate
• Sailing experience as engineer, deck officer or electrician
• Good knowledge of TM Master or alternatively from other PMS system
• Good knowledge in IT and communication
• Technical and operational understanding of deep-sea vessels and offshore vessels
• Good English communication skills; verbal and written
• Medical certificate to sail with vessels

• Able to work from OSM offices in Europe in periods
• Able to attend at shipyards or sail with vessels in periods
