Job responsibilities
Ensures that the Standard Operating Procedure, Quality Standards and Compliances (HACCP, Good Manufacture Practices, etc.) are observe.Minimizes deviation in terms of food quality and freshness from raw material to cooking to deliver to stores.Ensures high accuracy of the inventory management of kitchen. Prepares and submits reportorial requirements needed in a timely manner and with great accuracy.
