GENERAL OBJECTIVES

Building maintenance is responsible in checking utilities such as aircon, telephone, electric wirings, generator and the like .Will be responsible for major repair and troubleshooting of equipment by providing his technical specializationsHe shall also attend all breakdowns per his immediate superior’s instruction.Perform electrical repairs as well as trouble shooting and preventative maintenance.Maintain a clean and safe work area.
