JOB DUTIES:Manage and ensure completion of projects within the given deadline and within budget.Ensure the process of project proposals has a 3 days TAT from the date of receipt of the request for quotation.No occurrence of project delay due to lack of manpower/workforce or tools of the trade (budget, vehicle, materials).No instance of late response to quotation on the assistance of Service Cadet/Lead by CS Officer.Miscellaneous expenses should not exceed x% of the total Project unless prompted by management.Approval and Monitoring of deployment of Service Cadet/Lead/Supervisor on different projects.Ensure completion of training of Service Cadet to become Service Lead, Service Lead to become Service Supervisor.Ensure continuous technical training and development of the team members.Ensure technical scorecards are being accomplished by the team.QUALIFICATIonSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent.Preferably Professional Licensed (Passed Board/Licensure Exam)Knowledgeable in DOLE Health and Safety StandardsKnows to handle and manage peopleMust be familiar with hand tools; must have sufficient (technical) knowledge and can troubleshoot a variation of tools (Mechanical, Electronics, and Electrical)Has exposure in maintenance company (troubleshooting machines) With valid driver’s license
