Employee Relations
Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (e.g processing of perso
nnel action forms, including new hires, transfer, promotions, termination).Participation in the implementation of company policies and new regulations.Makes memorandum for employees who committed/violated company rules and regulations.Assist in co
nducting due process procedures as needed. Assistance when co

valuations.
Others
