职位描述

*Licensed Mechanical / Electrical Engineer ,preferably with PCO Accreditation

*Responsible for Government Permits (Building,Mechanical,Electrical and DENR Reporting)

*Responsible for Supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and Other Technical Support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation

*Responsible for the maintenance of all Machineries and Equipment in the Building.It is responsible for the smooth operations of the technical facilities.

*Maintains cordial and friendly relations with the unit owners and tenants and ensures that their complaints are acted expeditiously.

*Responsible for dissemination and effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule.

*Responsible for External Contractor Specific projects and reports to the Building Manager and BOD for Approval.

*All other related to Building Technical Tasks as required.
