Qualifications:

Graduate of any Engineering, Technical/Vocational related courses.Candidates must have working experience as Chiller Technicians for atleast 1 year.

Job Descriptions:

Operating and maintaining chillers and cooling tower equipment to ensure that they are working properlyInspecting the mechanical equipment in facilities to ensure proper operationPerforming routine maintenance, troubleshooting and overhauling on chillers and cooling towers, including cleaning and repairing pumps, compressors, and evaporatorsMaintaining records of equipment use for billing purposesInstalling new cooling equipment when neededDetermining the appropriate size of a system based on the size of the building or facility and its cooling requirementsRepairing small mechanical breakdowns such as leaks or clogs in pipesMonitoring the operation of chillers and cooling towers to ensure that they are operating within safe limitsDetermining when repairs are needed and coordinating with contractors who perform the repairs
